We pay only $12 a month for programs we have with no contract. With its slower speeds and data limits, satellite internet should really only be considered if you live in a rural area without access to broadband. My bill continues to go up.

So when I call to cancel my service they whine and grovel that I never spoke to the "right person" to get a new account at new rates.
First I was on hold for 20 minutes then another 25 minutes reviewing my complaint and still, nothing was resolved. HE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I am being charged twice and even have on recored that I paid a cancelation fee and DISH is charging me again! Yep, that's how Dish runs their business! I was unaware of an extension and now I’m stuck with a 50% increase in cost. When they turn me back on they will jack up the cost of the service telling me the contract canceled. So we canceled the service which we had a 2-year contract which was prorated and they ended up charging me 300 dollars because I didn't fulfill the contract for bad service. I received a remote for tv2 on Wednesday. I done this since the start with this losing outfit. Tired of paying for extended commercials " infomercials " 5 star 22% 4 star 6% ... start by renaming each dish receiver you have and make sure it doesn't share a name with another smart device on your network.
With DISH tv our receiver freezers then resets frequently while watching TV.In the morning I would say at least 4 times.
