FWIW, I have an factory unlocked S10, so I popped in a Verizon sim, works perfectly. OpenSignal notes that the slow upload speed experienced on Sprint's network is due to the carrier's reliance on the TD-LTE technology for its 2.5GHz network. Sprint rolled out a new OTA for Galaxy S10 to fix connection issues. it didn't work for me and i attempted on 2 new phones.
It uses 4G LTE, CDMA and EvDO networks. how exactly would this be a network issue when other devices around them are working perfectly fine on the same bands?Did some searching on the Band 41. Using Verizon sim, it connects at other brands.

I am not convinced the problem is from the phones. My Note 8 works perfectly without disabling anything. I sent you a PM to gather a smidge of info. actually try this..disable 25...go back out to your main screen then update your profile and prl..see if that might refresh how its reading the other two bands.Yes, I tried every band alone with others disabled. from Samsung.com. I am not a big fan spending lot of time calling Sprint support to reset the phone and open ticket each time when I need the data.

well i mean you can try to switch to CDMA only but that reverts you back to 3G only..which might not be to bad of an idea for now since technically 3G isnt used all that much anymore of you really think about it.its something to do with how the phone is trying to read one or more of those bands..also keep in mind that this phone has the new esim if im remembering right..which is pretty new tech so the problem might lie there as well with how its working with that and the bands.
