I shut off services to a house I no longer live in or own and their customer service rep, who's English you cannot understand, put a 30 day extension on the account so we would have to pay an additional 30 days. View plans. My dad died on 4/10 and his Spectrum services were paid thru 4/12. Then I get a recording telling me my wait time will be between an hour and 15 min. All I am trying to do is find the hours of the local spectrum service store.

many don't have the basic computer skills to navigate a simple system which is very sad. If I wanted an opinion, I'd listen to a radio talk show or a tv "hosted" show. I spend one hour on the phone with spectrum because they raised my bill by $20 I was put on hold many times to finally tell me they could only remove $10 from my bill bad customer service Nothing but horrible service for 3 years and I would have switched if I had a choice. Worst of the worst, the word THIEF comes to mind. I tried to relay my concern and that no other services are available in my area, nothing changed. I was transferred to numerous customer service reps that was rude, one in particular; told be there was nothing he could do and transferred me to another rep. Half of their employees can't speak English so you don't understand what they are attempting to tell you and worse they don't understand you. When I called this time they said since the new bill was processed on 4/14 they couldn't adjust it and I would have to pay. 3.8 out of 5 stars. Cant pay that much for a bill to watch tv.
