After returning to Indiana I have made 6 calls to Customer Service in 2 days and have had 1 home service call just to restore service from vacation pause. Monday morning, my TV was back on, but the mode button for TV still did not light up. It is like I am a caveman in a technology society. I am going to be turned off again because my pay day is after the bill is done. I spend more hours dealing with this nightmare of a service than I do actually getting service.
